Yesterday we had club at my house. This was the project we made.
It is a precious little candy holder. Just in time for Easter. I got this idea from my second upline Debbie Fournier. Thanks Debbie this is precious!!!

Handled Box with Candy - I used the Sophia Paper Pack

Cutting instructions:

Base- White 4 1/2 x 10 1/2
Score at 1 1/4, 4 1/4, 5 15/16, and 8 15/16
Top Shelf - White 4 1/4x 5 3/4
Score at 3/4" on all sides
Handle - White - finished size 1 x7 (I cut 2 x 7)
Blush - 5/8 x 7 accent
Drawer Boxes (2) - Blush 5 x 5 3/4
Score at 3/4" and 1 1/2" on all sides
Drawer Wrappers (2) Blush 2 3/4 x 6 9/16
Score at 13/16, 2 7/8, 3 11/16, and 5 13/16
Blush accents:
2 3/4 x 4 1/4 top of box
2 3/4 x 4 1/4 inside top of box - do not adhere until brads are inserted into handle
1 x 4 1/4 front of box
1 x 4 1/4 front of box
1 3/8 x 4 1/4 back of box
1 1/2 x 2 3/4 (2) sides of box
Bulk B&T accents:
2 1/2 x 4 top of box
2 1/2 x 4 inside top of box - do not adhere until brads are inserted into handle
3/4 x 4 front of box
3/4 x 4 front of box
1 1/8 x 4 back of box
1 1/4 x 2 1/2 (2) sides of box

Bulk B&T accents:
Candy: 8 pieces of nuggets 1 1/8 x 3 1/8 - wrap around each nugget and adhere, place 4
nuggets in each drawer
4 pieces of Ghiradeli squares 1 3/4 x 4 1/2 - wrap around each square and adhere,
place squares in top shelf of box.

Small piece of Velcro for closure
17" white ribbon (1" wide)
2 big brads for drawers
2 regular brads for handle
Decorate the front of the box as desired

Assembly:
Base: fold on all score lines
on the edge with the wider area from end to score line, punch the edge with
decorative punch.
Adhere the Bulk B & T to the matching Blush Cardstock pieces and adhere the
pieces to the 2 fronts, top and back.
Drawers: After scoring on all sides, cut along the score lines as shown in photo. I cut
a tiny amount off of each side before folding, this way it won't hit the bottom of
the drawer.

The positioning of the drawers are so that the scalloped edge will be coming from the top portion and the straight edge will be from underneath the drawers

Top Shelf: Clip into the 3/4 score line on the 2 long edges. Fold into the box shape and check to
see if the sides match, trim if necessary. Use a strong adhesive to make the shelf.
Adhere the shelf onto the top of the drawers, putting the adhesive on the drawers.
Line up carefully. If you need to you can add additional pieces to the sides to make it
even.
Take out the drawers then adhere the shelf to the back of the base putting adhesive
onto the shelf and folding up the base to meet it. DO NOT ADHERE THE
DRAWERS!!!
Adhere the side cardstock and B & T paper to the 2 sides of the box.

Handle: Punch out a 1 x 6 1/2 white or use plain cardstock. Adhere Blush cardstock to handle
for added color. Score about 3/4" on each side and fold. Adhere this scored portion
onto the box top lining up the edges of the handle with the edge of box. Punch holes
for brads about 1/8" from score line. Insert brads then adhere the pieces to cover
brads inside the top of box.
Tie the large ribbon into a bow around the handle

Velcro: Use a small piece of Velcro to hold the top section down onto the front of the box.

Have fun with this. If you have any questions, just let me know. Leave me a comment and tell what you think about this project.

HAPPY EASTER!
Nan
