My last post was on September 16.....OMG time has sure gotten away from me.  In the last 30 days we have sold everything in our home, including our home and bought a condo on the beautiful beach and moved in.  Needless to say we have been busy.....but it is starting to slow down and we are loving our new home and our new lifestyle.  We have been blessed beyond what we could have dreamed up ourselves. Some of my favorite peeps with Close to My Heart:   Cindy (left) is my fabulous upline and Denise is my sideline.  This was at the awards banquet.  Everyone puts on their prettiest and comes together for dinner, awards and entertainment which was the Texas Tenors.  If you have never heard of the Texas Tenor I suggest you google them.  They were EXCELLENT.  The whole evening was great. Debbie (left) and I shared a room and Nancy has been our roommate other years.  We are die hard CTMH peeps.  And we love going to convention....every year we say "It can't possibly be any better next year" and every year Jeanette Lynton (Founder and CEO of Close to My Heart) and her staff manage to WOO us with a better convention.   How is that possible?!  We don't know but we look forward to it. Robert bartered and got this beautiful braid!  He looks great doesn't he!!!  Look Jamaica is Americanized with a Burger King...oh wait there is no Burger King.  Only a sign....! Here are some of our favorite people.  We headed back to the boat to hang out at the pool for the afternoon.  Mike and Karen taught us a new game while on the cruise called Triominoes!!!  If you have never played and you love games....you need to try it. It is addicting. Next morning as we were disembarking in Grand Cayman we spotted something alarrming  Arghhhh - pirate ships all around us.   It was a little early in the morning for pirates to  be awake, I am sure.  But you couldn't help but wonder if they were watching our ship.  Then when they would make their move to overtake our ship! So we got off the ship and got on another boat that took us out to the edge of the water.  Atleast it looked that way.  The most beautiful...

Hello!  I am coming up for a break for the first time since we returned from a wonderful trip!  School has kept me very busy since we returned home.  But I am back and I have pictures to show!  Our trip began Sunday when we boarded the Carnival Conquest.  We sailed the first 2 days to arrive at our first port of Montego Bay Jamaica on Wednesday.  This was tough because we had to layout at the pool and eat and eat..... for 2 days!! The sunsets were beautiful as you can see. Upon arriving in Jamaica we boarded a bus to town for some shopping.  Refreshments at Margaritaville before going to barter with the natives in a shopping center type place with little shanty houses one on top of another.  It was quite interesting. 

With the crazy week I have had i did not keep up with my count down here on my blog.  But you know I was counting down just the same, right?  Well today is finally here and we will leave today!! YIPPEE. Please keep us in your prayers for safe travel and good weather.  We are so looking forward to relaxation and fun times with our bestest friends.  I will have lots of pictures to share when I return.  Have a great weekend and find someone to be a blessing to. In 10 days I will go from layering to keep warm to swim suit, sunscreen and a reclining chair.  It's a tough job but somebody has to do it.   In the meantime we have 1 and 1/2 days left of work and then the weekend so I best get ready for work.  Have a great day no matter what you are doing. Nan

The count down has begun.  In 12 days we will board ship to a destination far far away!!!!  And be immerse in emerald beauty and white grains soaking up rays. And meet creatures we never met before!!! 12 days seems like forever.....time to start packing.
