Operations Smiles Quarterly Crop

Operation Smiles silent auction raised a whopping $123.00 yesterday bringing our physical year total to $234.70. We are only $14.30 from bringing another smile to some special little boy or girl. I absolutely love the thought of helping bring that to fruition!!! And I know all of you do too because you are always willing to give. Thank you so much.

The Roxie paper layout and the memory game were great projects. Have I mentioned that I love the new idea book??

I believe everyone had a wonderful day! Jean showed us a really cute make and take purse that is great for putting a gift card in.

Thank you so much Rob for cooking all that great food! It was delicious!

Everyone was busy with layouts and card making. Overall I would say it was a great crop!

Circle Pocket Card We made this cute card today at our monthly hostess club meeting. I used the Sugar Rush paper pack . Here are the instructions: Cut a 7.5 inch circle from Daisy White cardstock. Score at 1 3/4 and 5 7/8 Turn circle one quarter turn and score at 2 1/4 You will have 2 short score lines - cut in on these score lines Add a thin line of liquid glass or glue at the bottom of the 2 long side flaps - sealing the bottom for your first pocket. Add a thin line of liquid glass or glue along the inside of the fold lines on the bottom flap and fold to form 2nd pocket. Add a thin line of liquid glass or glue to the bottom of both of the little flap and fold forward to create the 3rd pocket. Inserts for each pocket: I used Background and texture paper for the base and then white cardstock for the top layer of each insert.
