Operation Smiles silent auction raised a whopping $123.00 yesterday bringing our physical year total to $234.70. We are only $14.30 from bringing another smile to some special little boy or girl. I absolutely love the thought of helping bring that to fruition!!! And I know all of you do too because you are always willing to give. Thank you so much. The Roxie paper layout and the memory game were great projects. Have I mentioned that I love the new idea book?? I believe everyone had a wonderful day! Jean showed us a really cute make and take purse that is great for putting a gift card in. Thank you so much Rob for cooking all that great food! It was delicious! Everyone was busy with layouts and card making. Overall I would say it was a great crop!

I kinda forgot to post on Saturday of Convention! My apologies. As you can imagine, convention is so busy and so exciting and well you kind of get lost in all the activity.' To continue Saturday we had classes in the morning and a guest speaker from Disney. Then in the afternoon we had general session. With a Q&A with Jeanette Lynton, CEO and founder of CTMH. Then we played games for prizes and right after that there was a crop that lasted several hours. Convention was great! I have so much to share with you all. See you on Saturday

I had forgotten that Southern CA has the best weather of anywhere I have ever lived. It has been in the 70's since I arrived. A little cool in the morning and evening but wonderful! Convention has been so exciting! Jeanette never let's us down when it comes to surprises with the new idea book and new products! And she always has the crafter's best interest at heart. Yesterday we got the new idea books!!!! Amazing! Print has been enlarged, and stamps are at 100% WooHoo! After lunch we attended Extravaganza, where we learned about the new products and neat ways to use them. Then we had the night off. We don't usually have much time off. It was quite nice to go out to dinner, relax and read the new idea book. Today we have a keynote speaker from Disney and then make n takes in the afternoon. Should be another great day. Isn't it great to have cooler weather. It puts me in the mindset of the holidays that are almost here. Wow it's already Thursday! I have been busy painting my mother in laws room this week. She is visiting with Robert's sister for a couple of months but will be back in December. I wanted to get the room painted and decorate some to surprise her when she returns. Tomorrow night I will be in my studio working on a few projects so be looking for posts this weekend. Thanks for stopping by. For the remaining 2 sheetw of cardstock for mini album pages, cut 6-3.5x3.5 pieces to make the fronts for the cards. You can add coordinating cardstock to creat your own look if you like. Using you sheet of stamped die cuts and embellish away. For the holes along the spine use 3 small pieces of ribbon, threaded through and tied in square knots. This finishes of the project nicely and hides the holes. Don't forget to inking the edges of your cards. Add envelope flats to complete the kit-This is a way cute gift!
